Reservation Policy: We require a 20% deposit to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due on the day of the tour.

Cancellation Policy: Full refund if cancelled 48 hours before the tour. 50% refund if cancelled 24 hours before. No refund for cancellations less than 24 hours before the scheduled tour.

Weather Policy: In case of unsafe weather conditions, we will offer to reschedule or provide a full refund.
